Dr. Sheila J Spencer

                                         

 

     Time of Refreshing, Touch and Agree, Save the Children, Destiny Pearls, Prophetic and Dream Institute, Heart in a Box, Solace Publishing, and The Prophetic Café…what do these Ministries have in common?  They were all birthed out of the God given anointing of Pastor, Prophetess, Dr. Sheila J. Spencer.  Innovator, Educator, Mentor…Yes…but the partners of Time of Refreshing would add one more word…Founder.  Dr. Spencer followed the call of God and moved her family from their hometown of Ocala to Orlando, FL. An evangelistic ministry was born and later transformed to a full-time outreach ministry.  A church driven by the house signature dish…Prophecy.  She spoke into the lives of so many and trained still others to operate in their gifts of prophecy and dream interpretation.  In life, she poured her all into building up the people of God.  She could be heard many times saying to her beloved children, godchildren, mentees, and members “You won’t be able to tell your story without me!”  After her transition in 2021, we the members of the Time of Refreshing Christian Worship Center count ourselves blessed to have been taught and trained under such a special anointing and beautiful light.  You are forever in our hearts as the story and ministry continues….
