Pastor J is the current Senior Pastor of the Time of Refreshing Christian Worship Center Outreach Ministry Inc. He operates in the five-fold ministry, leading the people of God through the unction of the Holy Ghost and by the principles of God's Holy Word. He has served in ministry for twenty-eight years and walks in the office of a Prophet. Whether you feel unchurched or over churched you can find yourself in the Word. Associate Pastor
Pastor D serves as the current Senior Associate Pastor. He has faithfully served in ministry for 27 years. He is joined by his wife Pastor Jeanette Reliford. He oversees the Outreach Ministry and the Men's Ministry of Time of Refreshing. He operates under the unique anointing of evangelism. Preaching and teaching the Word of God, casting out devils and ushering in deliverance to the people of God.
